By accessing or using the MyHSTRebate website, submitting any form, or engaging our services, you (“the Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

 
1. Nature of Services

MyHSTRebate provides rebate application preparation and submission services. We are not the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and have no control over CRA decisions, timelines, or rebate amounts. Our services are intended to assist with the application process only.

 
2. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we use our best efforts, we make no guarantees regarding:
·       Eligibility for a rebate
·       Approval of a rebate
·       Specific rebate amounts
·       Processing times
All final decisions are made solely by the CRA.

 
3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
·       We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including but not limited to lost rebates, missed deadlines, or indirect damages) arising from your use of our services.
·       Our maximum liability, if any, will never exceed the amount you paid to us for services related to your claim.
·       We are not responsible for delays, errors, or changes in laws, policies, or eligibility criteria set by the CRA or any other government body.

 
4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
·       Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents.
·       Ensuring you meet all CRA deadlines for submitting your rebate application.
·       Reviewing and understanding the CRA’s eligibility requirements.
·       Following up directly with any Affiliate or partner if you wish to unsubscribe or remove your data.
We are not responsible for missed deadlines, errors, or rejections resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

 
5. Data Sharing & Marketing Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to:
·       Sharing your information with our partners and/or affiliated companies (“Affiliates”).
·       Receiving marketing emails, SMS, and other communications from us and our Affiliates.
·       Managing your own unsubscribe requests with each sender individually
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or communications of any Affiliates once your data has been shared.

 
6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:
·       Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
·       Refuse service to anyone for any reason, at our sole discretion.

 
7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyHSTRebate, its owners, employees, agents, and Affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or website, including but not limited to:
·       Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
·       Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you.

 
8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

 
9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
